Gateway to International Relations

Passerelle was founded in 2020 on a simple yet crucial conviction: the world was entering an era where the ability to understand, articulate, and navigate complexity would become the primary skill of global leadership. Centers of gravity were shifting, institutions were being reshaped, and international affairs were increasingly being shaped by those capable of building bridges, understanding systems, and acting with clarity. A space was needed to train these individuals. Passerelle was created to fill that gap. From its inception, Passerelle has established itself not as a program, but as an infrastructure for training in international leadership. An architecture designed to last, to transmit, to transform.

The art of multilateral transmission

Building the next generation of diplomats

A four-year program of excellence designed to train the next generation of diplomats and leaders within major international institutions

The rigorous three-stage selection process is aimed at young professionals and students wishing to exercise ethical leadership in the service of international cooperation.

Our mission

To cultivate a generation of global leaders capable of understanding systems, engaging with power, and transforming ideas into action. Passerelle serves students, young professionals, and practitioners in international affairs who seek intellectual, ethical, and operational mastery of global dynamics.

Our vision

Passerelle Relations Internationales embodies a vision of a world where competence, clarity, and responsibility form the foundation of global leadership. Founded in 2020 by Dr Jean Narcisse Djaha, Passerelle stands as an infrastructure for international leadership formation, designed to prepare emerging talents to operate within the diplomatic, multilateral, and strategic environments of the twenty‑first century.

The Mentor's profile

The Passerelle mentor is a central player in the program's training ecosystem. They embody Passerelle's philosophy: to transmit knowledge, support, broaden horizons, and develop leaders capable of thriving in an interconnected world. Their role extends beyond academic guidance: they are a strategic guide, a professional role model, and a transmitter of values. Beyond academic skills, we value moral integrity, collective responsibility and a sincere desire to serve the international common good.

Become a mentor
