Our Identity

The Djaha Family Foundation is a philanthropic and strategic resource mobilization organization dedicated to advancing the leadership systems change potential and mental well‑being of young women in Northern Virginia and young African women in Côte d’Ivoire. We mobilize financial, social, and community resources to create pathways for emerging women leaders to thrive—equipping them with the skills, confidence, and support systems needed to drive meaningful change.

Our work focuses on leadership systems change design development, mental health support, and community empowerment, recognizing that sustainable progress begins with investing in the next generation of changemakers. By strengthening their capacity to lead and fostering environments where their voices are valued, the Foundation contributes to a more equitable and prosperous future for communities across the globe.
